If a clip paid with credits fails, the reserved credits are released. If a clip paid with a single checkout fails, it goes to refund review with the same payment provider. Unused purchased credits are not erased when an account closes.

## Questions

### What happens if my paws at you video fails?

Credits reserved for a failed clip are released. A failed single checkout goes to refund review with the payment provider that processed it; a failed generation alone is not a confirmed refund. Use the contact page to prepare an email draft with the order reference.
