Failed paid generation
If a paid generation fails to deliver the service you bought, the refund follows this policy, your statutory rights, and the failed-service exception.
This page does not add a special dollar amount beyond the charge for that order. Acknowledgement and review timing for a report are stated on the acceptable-use page.
Unused credits
Unused purchased credits are not automatically erased when you close an account or when access is restricted.
A request about that balance is considered under this policy and applicable law. Closing an account does not by itself delete the balance.
Suspension
Credits already consumed are not refunded solely because an account is suspended or closed.
That rule does not override this refund policy, statutory rights, or a refund due for a failed service.
